Jocko was the Navy Seal Commander of Task Unit Bruiser (Seal Team 3) in the Battle of Ramadi.
I listened to his book “Extreme Ownership”, and it was better than any movie I had seen in years. He takes you from the war torn streets of one of the bloodiest/deadliest battles in Iraq to the corporate offices where him and his former seal, now business partner, Leif Baban use lessons learned in combat to help their clients transcend their leadership capabilities.
